Rumi Morales is a pioneer in identifying, investing in, and developing the emerging technologies that will define our next generation.

She is Operating Partner at the enterprise technology venture fund Sentinel Global, and Partner and Board Member at Outlier Ventures, the world’s leading Web3 accelerator. She previously led the venture arm of the CME Group and served as head of venture and growth investing at Digital Currency Group. Rumi was also a long-time executive at Goldman Sachs where she helped establish the firm's Global Markets Institute.

Rumi is a Board Member of several non-profit institutions including the Chicago Symphony Orchestra, the National Catholic Reporter, and The Digital Chamber, and was formerly a board member and International Commission of the GIrl Scouts of the USA. She is also an Advisor or Board Member to several startups and venture funds in emerging technologies.

Rumi has presented at major conferences globally and has been featured in Bloomberg, The Economist, and Institutional Investor, which named her one of the “most powerful dealmakers in financial technology” two years in a row.

She received her undergraduate degree from Wellesley College where she was elected to Phi Beta Kappa, and received her MBA from the NYU Stern School of Business.
